Please email us with as many details as possible, so we can track your purchase in our records. Once verified, we'll send you an updated link to the latest version.
Details that can help us to track down your record of purchase would be
- Contact person name
- Company name
- Invoice Number
- Order ID
- Product Details (Name of the model)
